Upcoming 4v4 Clover Cup + Quick Drills & Team Spotlights!
Inside: quick set-up technical drills, injury prevention, and spotlights on Loudoun Fusion U10 Girls and CSSC Menace 12 U14 Boys.

Good morning,
My goal with every email is simple: to share my passion for youth soccer and the community that makes it thrive.
I hope you enjoy it, and I’d love to hear your feedback.
Coach’s Corner: Mini Goals, Big Impact
Coaches, this week’s video highlights a short drill session that focuses on technique using small goals. This drill encourages quick passing, movement, and smart-decision making. With goals on both sides, your players must stay aware, move after the pass, and react quickly to scoring opportunities.
This tight space creates natural pressure for your players, helping improve first touch, passing accuracy, and finishing. It’s easy to set up, high-energy, and perfect for game-like reps at practice!
Parents’ Corner: Safety & Injury Prevention for Your Players
The Association of Youth Sports Injury Prevention (AYSIP) helps families and coaches learn simple ways to keep young athletes safe. Their main focus is on building smart habits like proper warm-ups, stretching, and age-appropriate movements.
By emphasizing injury prevention early on, AYSIP supports kids playing confidently, staying health, and enjoying sports longer. A few small steps before and after any physical activity can make a big difference in keeping the game fun and safe. You can check out a few blogs from their website on injury prevention, nutrition, and different stretches here!
