Supporting Coaches. Growing Players. Building the Game.
Inside: the 5-minute postgame talk, our fall season events, parent's corner, and a new perspective for the younger generation when watching soccer.

Good morning,
My goal with every edition is simple: to share my passion for youth soccer and the community that makes it thrive.
I hope you enjoy it, and I’d love to hear your feedback.
Coach’s Corner: The 5-Minute Postgame Conversation
The minutes immediately after a match can be just as valuable as the match itself. Instead of jumping straight into what went wrong, give players a chance to think for themselves: What did we do well? What challenged us today? What is one thing we can take into our next training session?
Consistent postgame reflection can help players take greater ownership of their development and turn every result—win or lose—into a learning opportunity.
Parents’ Corner: Sideline Etiquette Matters
As we all know, youth soccer is all about learning and having fun, and parents help set the tone on the sidelines. One of the biggest things to remember is to let the coaches do the coaching. Having too many instructions from both sidelines can confuse players and distract them during play.
The best way to support your player is by cheering them on, staying positive, and encouraging effort over results! This helps your player build their confidence and comfort level playing their sport.
When parents create a supportive and positive environment, their players will feel more comfortable, play more freely, and get the most fun out of their experience.

Players’ Corner — Watch Soccer Differently
Next time you watch a professional match, don't just follow the ball—pick one player who plays your position and watch them instead. Pay attention to where they move when they don't have the ball, how often they scan the field, how they create space, and where they position themselves before receiving a pass.
