100+ Teams, Two Fall Tournaments & the Road to River City

Good morning,

What an exciting few weeks for the UnitedGoals USA community!

Following last week's announcement of our 2027 schedule and inaugural Tournament of Champions, we're turning our attention to two upcoming fall tournaments that are shaping up to be among our biggest events of the year.

Here's what's happening.

🇺🇸 Veterans Day Freedom Cup Surpasses 100 Teams

November 7–8 | Hughesville, Pennsylvania

We're excited to share that the Veterans Day Freedom Cup has surpassed 100 teams and is nearly sold out!

With teams preparing to join us from across four states (PA, NY, WV, MD), we're looking forward to another memorable weekend of soccer, community, and giving back.

Final Team Openings:

• U16 Girls: 1 spot remaining

• U16 Boys: 1 spot remaining

Playing for a Greater Cause

Beyond the competition, the Veterans Day Freedom Cup is an opportunity to recognize and support those who have served.

We're proud to once again support Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors, which provides assistance to Pennsylvania veterans and their families.

100% of proceeds from our official Freedom Cup apparel will benefit Pennsylvania Wounded Warriors.

We're grateful to everyone helping us make this tournament meaningful both on and off the field.

We look forward to celebrating our veterans and bringing the soccer community together for a meaningful weekend.

⚽ Steel City Fall Finale: A Big First Year in Pittsburgh

November 14–15 | Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania

Our inaugural Steel City Fall Finale is shaping up to be an exciting addition to the Western Pennsylvania youth soccer calendar!

We're preparing to welcome more than 100 teams to Graham Park and North Boundary Park for a weekend of competitive soccer.

The boys' side is nearly sold out, while we're still welcoming U9–U15 girls' teams across multiple competitive levels.

Team registration remains open through October 31.

We're grateful to the clubs and coaches who have helped make the first year of this tournament possible, and we're excited to build a new end-of-season tradition in Pittsburgh.

🏆 The Road to River City Continues

Last week, we officially introduced the UnitedGoals USA Tournament of Champions, our new championship pathway connecting qualifying tournaments across different regions, leagues, and affiliations.

This week, we're excited to share our official announcement trailer!

The journey leads to River City Sportsplex in Chesterfield County, Virginia, August 14–15, 2027.

Whether you're a coach, parent, or player, we invite you to watch the trailer and learn more about what we're building together.

Interested in competing? Visit our Tournament of Champions event page to explore the championship pathway and express your team's interest.

📅 Looking Ahead to 2027

Our full 2027 tournament calendar is now available, featuring returning favorites, new destinations, and opportunities for teams across different ages and competitive levels.

As your club begins planning next year's calendar, we invite you to explore the schedule and find events that fit your team.
